COVID-19 Update Alert Rating Holders: Late Fee Current Processing Times A Message Regarding the Coronavirus Pandemic In accordance with government recommendations concerning the coronavirus pandemic, USPA headquarters is closed to visitors. We will strive to provide membership services Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern, though some services may be limited. Our preferred method of communication during this time is email. Please mail your requests to uspa@uspa.org . Resources and Frequently Asked Questions Close Current Processing Times Application processing times: Memberships and Licenses/Ratings up to 2 weeks. Online services available with no wait time: Join/Renew Memberships — Renew Ratings — For applications completed online, purchase B, C, D Licenses and New Ratings. Your primary membership card is currently available in your USPA profile for download and printing. If you would like a physical card mailed to you upon joining, renewing, or adding a license or rating, please ensure your USPA account reflects that mailing preference: uspa.org/me/membership Close Expired Rating Renewal Fee of $40 Our preferred method of communication is email. Please mail your requests to uspa@uspa.org . At the summer board meeting last year in Nashville, the board of directors authorized an expired instructional rating renewal fee of $40. This will become effective April 1, 2021. To renew your membership and ratings, you have a 90-day window that closes on your expiration date. After March 31, if you miss the three-month rating-renewal window, USPA will assess this fee when you do renew. If you are having currency issues that are preventing you from renewing a rating, renew whatever instructional rating you can before your expiration and USPA will waive the fee when you renew the rest, even if expired. Check your membership cycle and renew early to avoid getting charged this fee.
